Shipping policy

Processing time: After placing your order we will verify your order, do quality checking and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and China Post process the orders, which takes an additional 2–5 business days.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination after being processed. All orders are shipped by e-packet. Delivery to the US usually takes 5 - 20 days to arrive at their destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days.

Please note that shipping times are estimates, shipping can take longer, especially during high-demand seasons.

You may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
