What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards through save PayPal payments.

Do I get a receipt for my order?
You will be sent a receipt for your order by email after payment is made. You will also get confirmation email with a tracking number once your item has been shipped.

How do i know if my order has been shipped?
When your order is shipped, it is marked as complete in our database and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking number. You can track your order through our store.

When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse in the US & China. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 3 - 5 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, please allow 3 - 5 business days to process your orders. After that, it will take approximately 5 - 20 business days for delivery in the United States, and 15 - 30 business days for international orders (depending on location).
Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are tax- free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.


What is your refund policy?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of faulty items or items damaged in transit.

Refunds and Exchanges
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at info@rosystreetstore.com with pictures of the damaged items, then return the damaged item to us. Upon the receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Rosy Street is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Rosy Street will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
